What’s the Role?

As a IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing technology solutions to drive efficiency and productivity. Position

Overview: The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Risk and Finance applications used by worldwide users. Among others, it includes Credit Approval & Counterparty Risk IT

The section handles applications responsible for risk data collection, risk calculation and monitoring for CACIB worldwide.

It also covers Front Office Applications, Credit Decision Processing tool, Global Authorization Repository system and Default History Data Base. The applications are all in-house developments.

Main responsibilities

• Analyze and assess business functional specifications, impact analysis; recommend solutions to maximize efficiency and improve business value.
• Hands on experience on data analysis, applications INT testing & integration testing is a must.
• Proficient in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and liaise & follow-up on all testing phrase.
• Manage the change requests during the implementation stage in coordination with sponsors, project managers and technical teams
• Ensure the daily follow up for the implementation of the solution with the developers, identify and address deliverable risk(s), and propose mitigant plan.
