Our client is an innovative payment solutions company. They are looking to hire production support engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate the root causes and recommends the actions to be implemented.
• Ensurethe necessary developments to resolve the anomaly.
• Ensure the performance of unit tests and writes the documentation corresponding to the modifications made.
• Ensurecompliance with commitments in terms of deadlines and the quality of the work provided.
• Ensure compliance with standards specific to its activity.
• Contributeto the improvement of his team's indicators to improve the quality and image of the company.
• PerformOn-site support missions, provides first level support training.
• Ensurecompliance with the development standards chosen by company within the framework of its activity.
• Advocate development axes for specific maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science or equivalent studies/ experiences
• Minimum 5 years of relevant support experience related to Payment / Finance Industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in programming language (JAVA, PL/SQL, LANGUAGE C, ANGULAR, DEVOPS…) , framework, UI technology
• Proficiency in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Review and Deployments.
• Working knowledge and troubleshooting ability of database engine
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to manage functional and technical stakeholders across multiple business units
