Overview:

This is an opportunity to directly work in a health services sector as an Application Support Engineer (L2 Support).

Responsibilities:

• Provide level 2 application support, liaise with level 1 and level 3 support teams within the company and other organizations to resolve incidents and recover service.
• Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance and support.
• Work with level 3 support teams to fulfill service requests and change requests.
