• Strong hands-on product knowledge and understanding of Capital Market deal flow from pricing to booking, risk management and back office, especially on FICC instruments –FX and others.
• Experience working in Front to Back projects and strong exposure to Booking, PNL & Risk, Post trade functions – Settlements, confirmation, Reconciliation, Accounting.
• Strong people skills being a team player and working with Front Office, Operations, Finance teams
• International exposure in working in a complex matrix organization

Qualifications that can give an Edge

• Prior experience in e-invoicing Projects mainly transforming IT Architecture and solutioning.
• Strong functional knowledge to articulate the requirements to an IT perspective for solutioning.
• Prior experience leading a team of BAs globally across different expertise functionally
• Prior experience working with providers like Reuters or Bloomberg
• Prior experience in any implementing e-invoicing tools/applications
• This is a hands-on role, which will require:

1. IT delivery plan and follow up for the program, Program governance, Operational working groups and Steering committees
2. Strong functional understanding of Investment banking products and CIB business
