Purpose of the Role

The Level 1 Support Team provides critical front-line support across all aspects of infrastructure. Working as part of a global team, they are responsible for:

• Pro-active monitoring of infrastructure.
• Performing initial triage of alerts and inbound support requests.
• Creating and assigning support cases to the Level 2 operational support teams.

This is a client-facing role with a high level of interaction, requiring the delivery of high-quality service and support. Responsibilities and Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Monitoring & Alerts:Monitor various alert systems and the Service Operation’s email, and respond to the Service Operation hotline.

• Problem Determination:Provide first-level problem determination/triage on all issues (network/systems/application).
  
• Client Interaction:Acknowledge and resolve clients’ inquiries and issues within the prescribed Operational Level Agreement (OLA).
  
• Collaboration & Escalation:Engage the relevant Subject Matter Experts and other Service Operation personnel to ensure issues are resolved within the agreed SLA escalation matrix.
  
• Communication:Interface with clients, vendors, market participants, and financial exchanges.
  Manage formal communications to clients.
  
• Performance Reporting:Generate statistics on issues raised, resolved, time to resolution, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  
• Team Engagement:Foster open communication between team members and managers, promoting ideas for improving service delivery.
  
• 24x7 Support Coverage:Work as part of a global team that provides 24x7 Level 1 Support coverage on a rotation basis.
  

Education, Skills, and Background (Including Education and Experience Requirements):

• 2+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a financial industry support role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English-language communication skills to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Strong process discipline with a working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of Linux & Windows systems, network configuration, and general troubleshooting.
• Ability to work constructively as part of a team, sharing ideas and resources.

Desirable Skills:

• ITIL certification.

Work location: Changi Business Park

Monthly salary inclusive allowance: $4500 - $5850 (company does not provide bonus)

Below is the shifts timing (Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays)

• Morning shift: 6am to 3pm
• General shift: 9am to 6pm
• Afternoon shift: 2pm to 11pm
• Night shift: 10pm to 7am

Requirement

• Singaporean
• Must be able to work in shifts to provide rotational 24/7 shift application support duties
• Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management
• Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet
• Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability throughout the software stack
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem
• Continuous improvement of the system, e.g. job automation, performance tuning
• Should be able to identify and fix the bugs
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications run on full stack preferably in Java, Spring-boot, Microservices
• At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Banking or Anti money laundering
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments
• Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL programs
• Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows environment and scripting
• Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Grafana has added advantage
• Should be open to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence for new and existing clients across APAC region, either as a Maker or Checker, including periodic reviews.
• Execute thorough checks and due diligence on clients, identifying potential Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and adverse news that could impact company's reputation.
• Liaise with the Front Office and Client Office Teams to gather and verify KYC documentation and information.
• Raise complex cases to APAC Compliance or Head Office Financial Security for further advice, clarification, or validation when necessary.
• Input and maintain client static data/accounts in the KYC database, ensuring accuracy.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of KYC status versus opened accounts, and generate ad-hoc reports as required.
• Alert managers promptly to potential issues and escalate as necessary.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service delivery.

As an Analyst in the Private Bank Credit Operations, you will work closely with Securities Based Lending (SBL) Lenders, Lending Advisors, and Credit Risk Executives to deliver excellent client service, facilitate the origination of loans, monitor credit risk exposures, and provide comprehensive credit solutions for clients of the Private Bank's Ultra High Net Worth market teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist SBL Lenders in underwriting all facilities secured by clients’ investment portfolios, including new requests, annual reviews, and monitoring of ongoing credit risk events such as margin calls, document credit exceptions, and unauthorized excesses in accordance with the Credit and Risk policies of the Private Bank.

• Analyze collateral pool and grade appropriately per credit policy, including ability to flag any credit exceptions or non-standard terms for review

• Monitor and review the loan portfolio, regularize excesses (shortfalls) as per the Credit guidelines, regulations, credit policies, and guidelines.

• Assist Lenders in pipeline management and other strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Credit Risk or Lending in a financial institution

• High-level analytical skills - able to use qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze complex financial situations.

• Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.

• High level of attention to detail with good time management.

• Teamwork ethic and focus; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
