Product Support & Services

• Product research and testing.
• Software training and support.
• Provide technical support to ensure users are using the software effectively.
• Work on finite element structural analysis and numerical modelling projects.

Business Development & Sales

• Generate sales leads and respond to opportunities with quotations to potential customers.
• Handle and manage the end-to-end customer sales process—from software demo to delivery; manage AR.
• Implement and manage marketing efforts like conducting engineering software workshops and seminars.

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Individuals with a strong interest in numerical modelling and sales are encouraged to apply.
• Above 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is an added advantage.
• Prefers experience in ETABS, SAFE, or SLOPE/W.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, teamwork and self-driven
• Customer-orientated and a team player
