Reporting to Senior Manager Revenue and working closely with Business Units, the Revenue Analyst plays an integral role in Finance Division in ensuring timely revenue recognition and billing to customers, analyse as well as continuous improvements in portfolio under his/her care align with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for billing promptness and work closely with Business Units for revenue recognition, accuracy in billing data and billing completeness

2. Administration of customer contracts to ensure billing accuracy and completeness

3. Perform analysis on revenue and unbilled receivables trending

4. Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closing on billing related activities

5. Lead a team of 6-8 members to carry out billing functions

6. Liaise with internal and external auditors

7. Drive improvements and projects that align with company-wide improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap, especially on billing related initiatives/system

8. Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assign by management

Requirements

1. CA/CPA with degree in Accountancy or equivalent preferred

2. Minimum 2 years of accounting/auditing experience

3. Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 FICO modules or SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

5. Strong sense of internal control and a keen eye for process improvements

Billing Analyst

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to Head of Finance, you will predominantly be responsible for customer billing and invoicing as the main point of contact. You will play a key role in analysing billing and operational data, optimising billing processes and implementing new billing systems.

Your Tasks

1. Billing Management

• Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients/customers accurately and timely.
• Manage billing cycles, ensuring all data is captured accurately and deadlines are met.
• Handle billing inquiries from internal departments and external customers.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, identify issues, and implement solutions.

2. Data Analysis, Reporting, Management

• Use Excel and database tools and write queries to manage and analyse and visualise billing, financial and revenue datasets to track billing metrics and KPIs.

• Identify billing inconsistencies and ensure data integrity through regular audits, data reconciliation and variance analysis.

3. Process Optimization

• Improve billing processes and systems, streamline workflow and ensure integration with financial systems (e.g. ERP systems) through automation and collaboration with Finance, Operations and IT.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain detailed documentation of billing procedures, data processing workflows, and financial records, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations.
• Support external and internal audits by providing accurate billing records and reports.

Your Profile

• A minimum of a diploma in Accounting or Finance, or other highly analytical field is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in billing will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., macros, complex formulas, PivotTables, data validation).
• Strong experience with database tools such as SQL, MS Access, or similar database management systems.

The Scheduling Analyst / Senior Analyst will look at operationalizing the network plan by ensuring that schedule changes are executed accurately and all stakeholders and downline systems are updated with the latest schedules. The incumbent will also look at existing processes and work flows and make recommendations for enhancements and automation.

POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, your primary responsibility is to work within the Global IT Operations. As part of the first line of support, you will be stationed in the Asia Pacific Distribution Centre (APDC) to support the various critical IT systems and equipment.

Your main responsibility focuses on the 2nd line support while seamlessly transitioning to 1st line of support as necessary, assisting users remotely through phone, email, or remote desktop tools, and offering on-site support.

The support issues will vary, requiring a flexible approach to prioritize and address the needs of internal customers effectively. Overall, your role is critical in maintaining smooth IT operations in APDC and an excellent user experience for the employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• First point of contact along with first level of investigation and resolution of software and hardware technical issues reported by clients via phone or supported ticketing system.
• Meticulously logging and tracking of incidents reported by clients in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution according to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Uphold a high standard of customer service, professionally addressing client queries.
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and a positive client experience.
• Determine the level of response required. This involves prioritizing and escalating tickets as needed to meet SLAs and minimize downtime.
• Assisting clients via deskside or through remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and perform post-resolution follow-ups.

The MES System Administrator is responsible for implementing site Manufacturing Execution System(s) (MES) and providing subsequent system support upon transitioning to operation phase. The incumbent shall be involved in the installation and operational qualification of the MES system with its associated peripheries and interfaces. b) Creation of all the tools necessary to communicate efficiently to our customers located in APAC (Press Release, Official Letter, Advertisement…)

c) Define and drive external communication tools to expand client exposure and influence (Presentations, Brochures,…)

d) Lead the company communication plan and maintain its budget.

HQ Communication and internal Events

a) Co in charge of internal meetings, company events and staff activities.

b) Manage internal communication inside the company (Newsletter, Presentations).

c) Ensure a close relationship between the headquarter Communication department.

d) Be a part of a company project development team.

e) Design Communication Tools.

HSE

a) Comply with all health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company’s policies.

b) Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations.

Experience and Qualifications:

a) Degree/Diploma in Communication / Marketing with a previous significant experience in Communication.

b) Independent & structured, team player with very strong communication skills (oral & written)

c) Experience with all MS office applications, and particularly with PPT and design software

d) Creative and team player spirit

e) Keen attention to detail, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize & execute on a plan.
