Sales activities

• Engagement with customers ranging from small medium sized to larger customers, outfield visit is sometimes required

Auto rating filling / Freighting

• Monitor and ensure all sales quotations are filed on time before closing date.
• File the rate details into quotation negotiation and process auto rating when shipment materialized.
• Ensure all the freight was manifested correctly.
• Follow up on FOB rate details with oversea agents/ regional office whenever FOB shipment is received.
• Take lead in troubleshooting all rating matters, working with different stakeholders in resolving the issues
• Ensure auto-rating can take place successfully

CRM/Reporting

• Generate sales report from CRM. Monitor and flag any abnormality in the trend
• Analyze customer performance from CRM to study the trend. Liaise with respective AO and discuss potential resolutions to the issues
• Act as focal point to receive the sales lead in CRM. Assign the sales lead to individual AO.

Any other duties

• Key focal point for Country Manager’s travelling itinerary

What you'll do:

As a Trade Operations Analyst, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Global Operations function within the APAC Funding & Cash Management team. You will work closely with treasury dealers, securities settlements and other internal departments to manage day-to-day requirements. These include meeting daily cash cut-offs for payments, trade settlements and balance management of accounts while collaborating with the internal teams and stakeholders. Your ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and respond well under pressure will be key to your success in this role.

• Process payments and funding accurately and timely
• Provide accurate and timely calculation of the bank’s daily obligations across multiple entities
• Investigate discrepancies to align funding projections figures across different business units
• Investigate and analyse discrepancies between cash and ledger
• Support treasury on desk and stakeholders on various queries and projects relating to funding and payments
• Perform any other ad hoc duties/projects as required and assigned

What you bring:

The ideal Trade Operations Analyst will bring a strong academic background, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You should be proactive, confident, detail-focused, and able to coordinate with Treasury and Operational teams independently. Excellent communication skills are vital as you'll need to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds. Job Purpose

The role will support the Regional Compliance, Data Privacy functions with the handling of day-to-day compliance,
This will include Data privacy issues for the Regional Office in Singapore and Allianz operating entities (OEs) in the Region.
The role will manage, document and align with Group Compliance (German Desk) on key compliance topics of customer protection, data privacy management and corporate compliance. The role will provide advise and business partnership to the region on Allianz Global Compliance standards, functional rules and frameworks.
This role will support the Regional Compliance Function in fulfilling its tasks relating to governance, risk management, oversight, and monitoring in relation to Asia Pacific Region Operating Entities (AZAP OEs), as well as Regional Office in Singapore (AZAP). It includes providing advice, support and guidance on compliance matters and escalated topics with focus on risk assessment, quality assurance, trainings, reporting and monitoring, as well as follow-up to ensure timely and effective mitigation of relevant compliance risks and issues.

What you do

You will

• Prepare and conduct OE compliance, governance and data privacy reviews and risk assessments as part of the Compliance Quality Assurance Program
• Perform completeness reviews of the documentation received from OEs, taking minutes of the meetings with OEs, Group functions, support in preparing reports and various materials for different internal stakeholders including Group
• Support in preparing and conducting trainings to employees on compliance, legal and data privacy topics
• Ongoing monitoring of compliance and risk frameworks, policies and procedures. This will include direct engagement with group on key areas and alignment on how best to strategically roll out group initiatives across the region
• Support the Regional Chief Compliance Officer and Regional Chief Legal Counsel in preparing reporting for senior management, committees and board
• Provide business oriented legal advice to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, this advice is to be in line with Allianz group frameworks and deliverables
• Coordinate the implementation of various legal requirements and regional projects in OEs, specifically as they relate to customer protection, the implementation of the retail risk reviews for product management

What you bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a compliance/risk department of a major international financial services company and experience in compliance management
