Job Purpose

The Senior/Executive Engineer, Condition Monitoring will collaborate with other divisions in SMRT to facilitate development and maintenance of digital solutions. The engineer will work on varied Rail Assets applications to support condition-monitoring (e.g., using IoT or Sensors) in the areas of instrumentation for data acquisition and Cloud infrastructure for transfer, storage, and analytics. These will be conducted under guidance and/or facilitated with industry training modules, as part of an experienced team that is expanding. Fundamental electrical engineering knowledge, including experience with electrical wiring, is required with instrumentation hands-on familiarity in PLC or SCADA set-up preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Understand key business processes and challenges of maintenance regimes of rail assets.

• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in IT;

• Five (5) or more years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with hands-on experience in ground up implementations with ServiceNow products
• Three (3) or more years of experience with ServiceNow scoped applications and all scripting module experience including client scripts, business rules, workflow, flow designer, script includes, UI actions, UI macros, UI pages etc. custom application development
• Two (2) or more years of experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and widget development (Angular JS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML)

This is a contract role for an Assistant Engineer located in Ang Mo Kio. Our client is a Japanese multinational engineering, electrical equipment and electronics corporation headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. You will involves extracting logs from electronics products and preparing them for hardware investigation using tools like jigs and laptops, all according to standard procedures. You’ll also help with the investigation process and enter data into both internal and authorities' systems. Job Purpose

The Installation Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing the installation phase of CCTV projects, ensuring that installations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The incumbent will also coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.

Responsibilities

Project Planning:

• Collaborate with Installation Manager to review project requirements and develop installation plans.
• Assist Installation Manager to create installation schedules, allocate resources, and set milestones.

Supervision:

• Manage and supervise installation teams, including technicians and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure efficient and high-quality installations.

Site Management:

• Act as the overall in charge of site installation works.
• Assist Installation Manager on day-to-day management of site including work planning & scheduling, monitoring of progress of work.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that CCTV installations adhere to design specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify work quality and compliance.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the various tests applied to products for optimum test coverage in meeting customer & product specifications. Performs top defects failure analysis, test yield improvement, 1st article approvals, ECN changes, calibration of equipment and maintenance/updating of test procedure documentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
