• Support administration of systems (Active Directory, Email) when required
• Manage and monitor IT network assets and inventory (Deployment, service, tech refresh, retirement)
• Responding in a timely manner to support incidents and requests
• Manage vendors for support, repair or break fix services
• Support the execution of network hardware & firmware upgrades with vendors
• Work with respective IT teams to resolve open issues/defects. Resolve bottlenecks in performance, ensuring smooth executing of IT deployments
• Provide support to department initiatives or any other tasks assigned by the reporting officer(s)
• Regular work hours and standby support (After-hours support and onsite activation to attend to break fix incidents)
• Travel between Ren Ci Hospital’s sites to provide network related support on ad hoc or scheduled basis
• Able and willing to work extended hours on Network / Server Setup / Migration deployment projects

Requirements

1. QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant field
• MCSE, CCNP & CCNA/CCNP Certification would be advantage

2. EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of experience providing network & systems operational support.
• Hands on experience with network devices, firewall, switches and routers, load balancers, web application firewall

3. SKILLS

• Knowledge in network routing, switching technologies and protocols (i.e. TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)
• Knowledge in network security and technologies
• Knowledge in Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
• CCNA/CCNP and other network related certifications will be an advantage
• Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus; strong problem solving and analytical skills and learning capability and committed to self-development
• Able to adapt to changes and have flexibility in performing the support role
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

• Develop and recruit new SME business partners
• Explore more sales opportunities to achieve the sales target
• Build and improve the relationship with existing and potential SME business partners
• Plan and implement the business plans / strategies
• Ensure good understanding of the clients’ requirements and current market trend
• Prepare and update sales activities report

Job Requirements:

• Sales experience in IT industry preferably in networking products will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and good coordination skills.
• Ability to speak in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters
