• Basic understanding of relevant building and mechanical regulatory standards/codes.

Requirements

• Understanding of Mechanical system design in Semiconductor industry including its associated equipment’s working principles (e.g. HVAC, exhaust systems, scrubbers, process cooling water, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, fans, etc) is preferred.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related field of study
• Minimum 3 year experience in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on design and construction of Semiconductor Mechanical Systems
• Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently
• Good organizational skills and willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills and good team working skills
• Self-motivated worker
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems
• Strong ability in English speaking and writing

Responsibilities:

• Test and troubleshoot instruments, components, and assemblies, using circuit testers, oscilloscopes, or voltmeters
• Test electrical equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning
• Carry out schedule servicing, and troubleshooting and defect rectification on military aircrafts
• Inspect parts from suppliers conforming to stated specifications
• Keep records of maintenance and repair work. Maintain repair or maintenance records
• Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance
• Keep detailed records of the inspections performed, repairs finished, maintenance procedures and ordered parts
• Support daily production and deployable to outstation project works when necessary
• Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company
• Promote safety within the workplace by monitoring others and yourself to guarantee all tasks are performed within the safety manual guidelines, and communicate with other mechanics and supervisors to coordinate repairs and keep apprised of safety concerns

Requirement:

• Min NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Aerospace Avionics/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent OR
• Min NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering with Aerospace work experience
• Able to work rotating shift
