Responsibilities
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users on Microsoft 365 applications and services.
· Perform user account management and prepare laptop or desktop for new staffs.
· Manage and maintain end user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
· Adhere to Cyber Security Compliance
· manage and maintain and reporting for software/hardware purchases, licenses, IT inventory, service contracts, installation, and maintenance
· Liaise with vendors for purchasing of IT equipment and software licenses.
· Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security including Voice Over IP (VoIP), Network Firewall, Network Switches and etc.
· Explore on new technology and solution which include system, network, security, voice, backup, disaster recovery and etc to improve solution design and delivery
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder implement IT projects and initiatives.
· Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support.
· Performs any other assigned duties as required by the organization, including within the IT department and broader company.
Requirements
· Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field
· Ability to support PCs/Printers/Projectors/IT Peripherals Setup and Maintenance
· Experience with IT asset management and onboarding processes
· Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud technology (SharePoint, One Drive, Azure AD) and Server, Network & IP Telephony technologies (TCP/IP, SIP, WIFI, LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS)
· Basic understanding of cyber-security
