JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.

Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in ICE meetings to achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage and perform checks on BIM deliverables to identify discrepancies.
• Ensure PIM and AIM compliance with PIR, LTAEIR, LOIN, and regulations.
• Rectify geo-coordinate misalignment issues in PIM and AIM before submission.
• Verify and address issues in federated PIM and AIM with interfacing contracts.
• Set up, maintain, and manage CDE, BIM hardware, software, and templates.
• Implement cybersecurity measures for the Contractor’s CDE platform.
• Conduct regular clash detection analysis for PIM, AIM, and CCSM.
• Track and resolve design and construction conflicts within CCSM deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil or equivalents.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, construction, or IDD project management.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project BIM Coordinator on large-scale or infrastructure projects.
• Certified in BIM (Specialist Diploma) or Digital Delivery Specialist (DDM Tier 2).
• Knowledge of 4D/5D software and coordination tools like Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 is preferred.

What you will be working on?

• Support the division to engage and outreach to stakeholders such as venue owner, grassroots and partner agencies.
• Work with team and partners to identify, secure, or procure venues, logistics, and performances etc.
• Work closely with division and core comms team to manage any publicity efforts
• Collation of data, if any, and Human interest stories of residents/ performers from engagements, surveys etc. for reporting and analysis needs.
• Work closely with other government agencies and community partners
• Handles procurement and put up SOAs for reimbursement from ministry.
• Monitors and tracks KPIs of programme

What are we looking for?
