Responsibilities:

Monitoring of all policies, processes, systems and to align with business objectives/requirements/policies.

Drive development in performance, employee engagement, culture transformation & succession planning.
โ
Provide advice to management on HR-related issues including formulating partnerships
โ
Manage Recruitment including budget control, labour relations, build strong relationship with candidate
โ
Managing employee compensation & benefits, analyze& execute tasks to align with company's policies.
โ
Drive Learning & Development, Training Roadmap, Competency, KPI, Career Planning, C&B, reports analytic etc.
โ
Manage performance management system that aligns with company strategies and HQ policy.
โ
Onboard new employees & maintain knowledge of legal requirements to reduce legal risks.
โ
Coordinate with Secretary ) & Legal dept to ensure legal and compliance requirements of the company are met
โ
Lead the Risk Management Compliance committee in company
โ
Safe-keep business agreements, contracts, maintenance agreements, insurance policies, logbook in safe
โ
Approve staff reimbursement in the system
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree in HR or related field of studies
- Min 7 years of experience as HRBP/HR Generalist/HR management
- Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence outcomes at business level
- Knowledge of local labour laws in Singapore
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet scheduled deadliness, and excellent attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
