The Job

• You will source, engage and recruit mid to senior-level hires across the APAC region
• The role is a highly collaborative and visible role interacting with leaders across the region to execute hiring plans
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent apart from the active pool.
• Create strong governance with hiring teams to identify trends within the market, strategize on outreach approaches, and brainstorm creative search methods.
• Leverage internal tools to build pipeline and engage active and passive talents in the markets
• Focus on diversity and inclusion hiring and ensuring a diverse candidate slate across all roles.
• Define and implement Learning roadmap for the cluster leveraging global offer or co-designing new offer using all types of solutions (on the job, learning through others, learning through courses)
• Lead the organization of Career events and activities related to career and development planning in the Cluster, and coordinate HR teams around them. Align these events with global guidelines and calendar.
