This role involves collaborating with HR partners and hiring managers to develop innovative talent pipelines for organisational growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with hiring needs, leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and industry platforms.

• Partner with strategic allies, such as educational institutions and government agencies, to build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent attraction, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong stakeholder management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools, with a creative approach to addressing hiring challenges.
