• Operates an online board portal for meeting administration and director training.
• Maintaining group secretary profile with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and executes BizFile+ lodgements.
• Collaborate with other parties to create Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports. Manage the corporate website of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Corporate Secretarial or Legal Studies or equivalent
• With qualification in Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)
• Experience in SGX Listing Rules and Singapore Companies Act 1967
• At least 6 - 8 years of corporate secretarial experience, preferably with SGX listed company background

Key Responsibilities

• Independent execution of physical shipments including vessel monitoring, issuing letters of credit, vessel nomination, shipping advice, insurance declaration, discharge/load port agent appointment, load/discharge operations.
• Manage trade finance activities; to issue import letters of credit to suppliers and ensure fully operative import letters of credit are in place for prompt receipt of payments.
• Identify opportunities to optimize positions – maximizing/minimizing cargo lifts, changing laycans/load dates, rolling hedges as appropriate.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties such as customers, suppliers, surveyors and other business partners.
• Prepare and review import and export documents for smooth customs clearance.
• Ensure accuracy of trade capture and review contractual terms.
• Attend to accounting, audit, and compliance-related enquiries.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a large commodity trading company, executing Edible & Soft Oils, Grains, Oilseeds and/or any other bulk commodities.
• Excellent knowledge of governing contracts (PORAM, FOSFA, GAFTA, ANEC) , UCP and Incoterms
• Experienced with Trade Structured Finance and Letters of Credit
• Knowledge of charterparty terms and laytime.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail with commercial acumen to provide solutions to business challenges.

1. This role works closely, in a 24/7 operations and coordinating fraud intelligence and taking swift actions

on accounts that had been or might be used for fraudulent activities

2. Assist with developing and implementing Fraud Risk Management Framework and all associated

policies and procedures (including risk metrics/ monitors) and ensure they are effectively embedded

3. Follow up and analyze abnormal transactions activity on customers' account.

4. Manage customer's expectation and explain to customer on suspected scam activities.

5. Coordinate and support detection, investigation and mitigation.

6. Understand when to escalate events and to whom

7. Be responsible for incident triage, response and escalation

8. Be responsible for both reactive and proactive security investigations

9. Assist in statistics collation on the various scams reported to the organisation to submit for

monthly management reporting and any others task and assignment by the line manager & management
