Job Description & Requirements

• Handling conveyancing and real estate matters.
• Secretarial duties.
• Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
• Handle full range of conveyancing matters such as purchase & sales, development projects, mortgages, transfers, stamp duties.
• Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement/e-stamping etc.
• Communicate with clients, banks and related parties relating to the conveyancing process.
• Provide administrative support in legal documentation and secretarial work, conducting searches, keeping deadlines.
• Ensure smooth completion of conveyancing transactions.

Role

Support the customers to install, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, application issues on desktop PC/notebook and related peripherals.

Work Location : 50% at Jurong Island; 50% at customer’s other site at West region

Duties

• To assist in installation of hardware and software.
• To ensure that hardware and software are maintained according to standards by performing upgrades, new installations and carry out routine updating procedures.
• Once per week, morning shift duty (6 am to 2 pm).
• Weekend support for system upgrade / cutover about once every 2 months.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science or any computer related subject.
• Fresh graduates with troubleshooting knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge in PC hardware, LAN (local area network) and Windows OS.
• Resourceful and able to resolve problems independently using online and offline resources.
• Good communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Well organized, proactive and self-directed.
• Able to perform with minimal supervision
• A team player.
• Singaporean or SPR are welcome to apply.

IT Helpdesk Support (Level 1 & 2, West, Up to $3500, 3-6 Months Contract)

Salary: Up to $3500
Workdays: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm, Alternate Sat 8.30-1pm
Location: Tuas Crescent
3 or 6 Month Contract

Job Scope:
• level 1 & 2 technical support for user's desktops and laptops (Windows OS)
• Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
• Corporate Email setup and administration
• Printer/MFP setup and support
• Hardware/Software inventory documentation
• Monitor daily backup

Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma in IT or related principles
• With 6 Months - 1 Year of experience in IT Helpdesk environment
