• Provide technical support to end-users for PC-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT teams when necessary.

Maintenance and Upkeep:

• Conduct routine maintenance on PCs to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus scans.
• Manage inventory of PC hardware and software licenses.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of PC configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Updates of support tickets and resolutions details on job completion.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Nitec in IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Electronic or relevant
• Welcome entry level (Training provided)
• 5 days work (Monday to Friday)
• Islandwide work locations (Mostly in the East areas)
• Salary $2300 - $3000
