Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the top priorities for Business and act as the key contact for sales and clients
• Spearhead the Front to Back process with prioritization framework for any new client onboarding/account opening request

Your team

We require an Execution Transition Manager, based in Singapore to oversee the front to back operating environment and to ensure the clients are onboarded in a seamless manner with the collaboration with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be required to interact with key stakeholders such as Business, Credit, Legal and all other functions involved in the entire end to end onboarding process on a daily basis. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work across a diverse set of business streams.

Your expertise

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications -

• Experienced in facing off to stakeholders and interacting with a wide range of Business and middle/back office functions
• Proven organizational and problem solving skills, ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders

• To perform the role as document controller in management of GxP documentations and to assist in customer audits.

• To perform Quality Assurance (QA) functions in reviewing GxP documentation in accordance with the principles of GxP and internal SOPs

• Check documentation for completeness and accuracy. Identify any deviations from written procedures
