RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bring operational excellence to team that evaluates threat, risk and user privacy in world centered around time critical emergency escalations
• Review and assess inbound emergency escalations
• Make immediate decisions based on a variety of complex factors that will include imminence, sensitive issues and graphic content and coordinate with several internal and external partners including law enforcement to ensure user’s safety
• Be willing and able to work with sensitive issues and potentially graphic and/or objectionable content. This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury and suicide content which may be considered offensive or disturbing
• Create and articulate written and/or verbal responses to questions from law enforcement, government agencies, and internal teams regarding Incident Response policy and process
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to policies and processes across teams
• Availability to work weekend days on a rotational basis or a regular schedule of either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in investigative or analytical roles involving time critical escalations and real world harm.
• Self-starter requiring minimal direction
• Proven ability to analyze information to assess threat and risk
• Proven ability to make important decisions independently and multi-task under pressure, responding quickly to changing situations in complex environments without compromising quality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, should be able to adapt communication style to suit different stakeholders like cross-functional teams and law enforcement
• Experience with social media, analytical tools, and online research.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Principal Pricing Analyst plays a pivotal role in demand forecasting and optimizing pricing strategies, particularly focused on Special Price Agreements (SPAs) and corresponding Global Business Processes Oversight across the Sales and Business Unit organizations. This position involves leveraging data analysis, market insights, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts and competitive pricing.

The role encompasses the development and maintenance of pricing models, monitoring of sales activities in the regions, and continuous evaluation of market dynamics to drive profitability and strategic decision making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead pricing analysis and forecasting, considering Special Price Agreements (SPAs) and market dynamics. Critically assess and evaluate data gathered from multiple sources.
2. Develop and maintain pricing models that incorporate SPAs, sales to distributors (sell-in) and consequent purchases (sell-out) data, as well as volume discounts.
3. Monitor global sales rebate programs, revenue reconciliation & related Global Business Processes.
4. Refine and report on monthly revenue forecasts by monitoring the demands in the sales regions and the effect of rebate claims.
5. Implement demand planning tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Job Description:

• Design of subsystem electronics according to top-level requirements, analogue, digital and mixed signal circuit design, simulation, schematics capture and PCB layout
• Hands-on prototyping of PCBA, circuit debugging/troubleshooting

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of analogue and digital circuits, operational amplifiers, MOSFET transistors and precision circuit design. Familiarity with designs involving optoelectronics such as laser diodes, photodiodes is a plus.
• Experience in schematics capture, multilayer PCB layout design using ECAD tools. Altium Designer experience is strongly preferred
