We are looking for a Facility Management Engineer to ensure the optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of building systems and infrastructure.

What you will do

Facility Management System and Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance

• To manage and maintain the operational integrity of facility systems (ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire) to ensure they function smoothly and efficiently
• To oversee maintenance and facility operations with a focus on cost control and budget adherence
• To manage and maintain facility assets, ensuring they are in good working condition and effectively utilized.

Facility Management System Integration and Project Management

• To integrate and optimize building systems through advanced technologies and automation
• To plan, execute, and oversee facility improvement projects, including renovations and upgrades.

Sustainability and Cost saving initiatives

• To implement and oversee sustainable practices and energy-efficient technologies within the facility.

What you bring

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Project and Facilities Management
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management or engineering
• In-depth knowledge of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Strong building management system, building automation system and energy management system background
• Ability to conduct energy audits and implement energy-saving measures
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA Safety Certification, are beneficial.

Personal competencies

• Proficiency in preventive maintenance planning and execution
• Strong project management skills for overseeing facility improvement project

Key Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to develop and enhance processes using Six Sigma, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA standards, and support quality investigations.

What you will do

• Develop robust process by establishing process control through Six Sigma methodologies approach:
  • Process Characterization (Input Variable and Response Variable)
  • Establish FMEA, Control Plan and Statistical Process Control
• Ensure compliance to Production & Process Control i.e. PFMEA, EHS risk assessment, Validation (IQ, OQ & PQ) and Work Instruction update
• Ensure all technical documentation and procedures are in compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA CFR 21 820
• Support investigation/ failure analysis on ECM operations product and process related quality issues
• Maintain and update operation workflows (MES), work instructions and SMT component placement list/ drawings
• Support alternate/ 2nd source component qualification for engineering trial and implementation of other strategic goals.

What you bring

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in medical device/ electronics/ semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Must have knowledge and experience in SMT/ PCBA manufacturing processes
• Must have experience in performing process characterization and/ or process validation (IQ,OQ,PQ)
• Knowledge in Lean and/ or Six Sigma methodologies statistical software and process simulation tools (i.e. MINITAB, JMP, etc.)
• Knowledge in ISO 13485 and FDA CFR 21 820 is preferable
• IPC 610 and Six Sigma knowledge/ certification is advantageous.

Job Description:

• Preparation of project documentation e.g. tender, quotation, progress claims, drawings, checklist, etc
• Responsible for site coordination and supervising to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.

Main Responsibilities：

1. Assist Quality and Validation Manager Asia to complete the tasks in time with good quality.

2. Responsible for successful execution the Validation functions for customer project, as required – Quality, Cost, Time.

3. Responsible to drive and support project team for projects where validation is required and ensure execution is compliance to Mikron standards.

4. Provides training on qualification activities

5. Responsible for maintaining qualification documentation standards and procedures.

6. Create and maintain qualification/validation documentation from the design phase of projects for mechanical, software, and hardware parts.

7. Lead the qualification/validation activities of projects (risk analysis, protocol drafting, and test execution during FAT/SAT) internally and at our partners' sites (approximately 20% of the time on travel throughout the year).

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent; or at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Minimum 2 years of work experience in quality or validation of automated systems (mechanical, software, and hardware) or equivalent.

· Work experience in control systems design (design or programming coding) will be an advantage.

· Excellent understanding of shop practices in assembly, test & debug and final acceptance

· Computer skills including Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint with demonstrated record of spreadsheet creation and maintenance.

· Proficient in English (Able to speak, read and write)
