· Produce complete control solution and Electrical design base on customer specification and
Sys-Mac standardized practice

· Integrate and interface of third-party equipment’s into electrical design.

Example barcode scanner, Robot controllers, motion controller, vision system etc

Job Responsibilities: (Key responsibilities of the job)

· Execute of circuit design according to international electrical standard

· Prepare circuit diagram for wiring execution

· Prepare Bill of Material (BOM), I/O List

· Initiate Purchase Request (PR) on order of electrical components to be used for the project

· Liaise with the Supplier, Customer, Design and Project Engineer for the electrical design and wiring execution of the project.

· Provide thorough testing of machine functionality to verify electrical wiring and safety completeness.

· Work with other members of the control department to continuously improve method of integrated control technology

· Prepare of Machine Operation Manual for the project.

· Execute Engineering Change Notice (ECN) for change of electrical design

· Maintain proper project documentation.

· Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures

· Support in FAT / SAT tasks

Job Requirements

· Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Automation Control or equivalent

· Min 3 years relevant experience in Automation project.

· Ability to design electrical circuit, perform electrical calculation

· Knowledge of Solidwork CAD will be an added advantage

· Experience in hand on wiring skill on panel or machine

· Knowledge of AutoCAD software will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

· Responsible to provide technical and engineering support and expertise advice to customers (both internal and external) on product / system selection, solutions and other applications knowledge.

· In-charge of new business venture for Green / Renewable Energy esp Hydrogen Refueling Station.

· Work with sales and project team to provide Customers with technical proposals / pre-sales, product demonstrations, technical solutions on product / system to offer.

· Understand the needs and requirements of product / system design improvement and innovation to capture business opportunities.

· Perform research and development to promote product / system innovation and development.

· Evaluate, handle and plan new product / system ideas.

· Identify and resolved solution application issues of Customers.

· Conduct necessary training / briefing to Customers or internal team.

Requirements :

· Minimum a Degree in Mechanical Engineering relevant.

· At least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar industry with hydraulics background is advantageous.

· Good knowledge of using AutoCAD and Solidworks.

· Good command of English.

What You Will Do

• Support production line, SPC/FDC (statistical process control / fault detection classification) monitoring, perform process window study and provide improvement plan to improve process stability and performance.

• Lead Process CIP (continuous improvement projects) in Dept. to improve process robustness, cost and tool capacity thru –

• Develop and characterize new process recipes for new/existing technologies and NPI (New Product Introduction), meeting qualification and reliability requirements

• Improve process performance indices adopting big data analytic, statistical analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies

• Collaborate/work with cross functional teams, cross fabs and OEM suppliers for BKM (best known method) convergence on recipes, material, method, and I4.0 automation, and resolving complex integration issue

• Drive company's production ramp schedule by process qualification, productivity improvement and new tool release.

• Train, coach, and guide Engineers to support daily operational requirements and impart process knowledge, troubleshooting skills, risk assessment and decision making.

• Opportunities to file patents, author technical papers for publication and present at local or overseas seminars.

What You Will Need

• MS/BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry & Physics with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Diploma candidates with minimum 5 years of work experience in similar role.

• Demonstrated ability in structured problem solving and root cause analysis with solution development.

• Strong knowledge in SPC (Statistical Process Control), risk assessment, DOE (Design of Experiment) and 8D approaches.

• Experience in big data analysis and use of AI/ML, coding like python.

• Strong technical depth and having patents and papers publication is a plus.
