The Technical Controller will oversee the execution and performance of any building works undertaken by the builder.

The TC appointed must possess a civil or structural engineering degree from a recognised institution and have the right qualifications and experience.

Resident Engineers must meet the acceptable qualifications set by BCA.

Project Manager

• Familiar with all the documents submission to relevant government authorities

• Liaise with consultants and/ or sub-contractors engaged on the project

• Attend regular meeetings with client/ owner/ contractors/ sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule

• Identify and comply with all applicaable statuary/ regulatory requirements related to project

• Communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight

• Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines

• Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of projects, including developing and coodinating activities with other sub-contractors

Job Description

• Position Title: Regional Technical Engineer (APAC) / IT Support Engineer
• Working Location: Tai Seng
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team and customers for Proof of Concept (PoC), project deployment, post-sales support, and internal simulation testing.
• Study system and product technical details to offer technical advice or support to customers and the sales team.
• Evaluate product specifications to improve system performance.
• Communicate with HQ programmers about customized software functionality requirements or 3rd party software integration (API) details.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Offer troubleshooting assistance to customers from the office or on-site.
• Manage demo products and maintain the filing of technical information.
• Set up and manage demo equipment for tradeshows.
• Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure outstanding customer value.
• Develop and maintain technical competence in company products, applications, and services.
• Create technical information such as datasheets, manuals, and training materials.
• Conduct technical presentations or training for customers.
• Assist in overall company operations for self-development toward a managerial position.
• Provide timely updates through the Vaxtor Project/PoC Management tool.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering or Electronics, or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the electronics industry
• Knowledge of ANPR software and Intelligent Traffic System will have an advantage
• Experience with OCR, Computer Vision, Machine Learning and AI technologies is a plus

What You'll Do:

Duties could range from the following:

1. Assist engineers in carrying out high voltage equipment maintenance, equipment fault repairs and / or liaise with the relevant Authorities to execute work assignments
2. Perform site management and supervise contractors
3. Perform 6.6kV or low voltage switching, load transfers and safe isolation of high voltage equipment, site management and supervise contractors and staff
4. Attend to customers’ feedbacks and / or 22kV equipment’s alarm and fault
5. Plan and implement the various works programmes in accordance to budget provisions and schedules
6. Prepare and collate information for monthly reports
7. Ensure records are filed properly and data are updated promptly in systems
8. Attend to customers’ complaints & feedbacks and / or equipment alarm and fault
9. Perform standby duty during and after office hours for network incidents
10. Prepare contingency plans and performs standby duty for special event

What You'll Need:

1. Diploma in relevant Engineering field from any of the recognised Polytechnics in Singapore
2. 2-3 years of relevant working experience in power related fields is preferred
3. Knowledge in electrical low voltage network would be an advantage
4. Timeliness and good management of multiple tasks
5. Able to work independently and as a team member
6. Good observation and analytical skills
7. Responsible and take ownership of tasks assigned
8. Able to work on odd timings upon activation, ad-hoc tasks beyond work scope and public holidays and weekends if necessary

Responsibilities

• Ability to handle multi-tier architecture design for scalable solutions with manufacturing and billing systems.
• To handle full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies and operationalizing.
• Able to handle data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce.
• Able to develop Technology Solutions.

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering.
• 6-8 years' experience in Salesforce Architecture, working for major F500 company, Big 4, or major SI consulting practice implementing at least 5 large Salesforce projects.
• An expert level understanding and 6+ years of directly working with of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community cloud, SalesforceFinancial Services Cloud (FSC).
• 6+ years exposure in Salesforce business process design and rules configuration.
• Extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
• 6+ years of Integration architecture and tools experience - real-time APIs and ETL - tools such as SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft and Salesforce connect; knowledge of Salesforce platform events and integration with ESBs (e.g. SAP).
• Must have an expert level of knowledge in configuration as well as in declarative customization and APEX development.
• Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design - weighing balance between configuration, customization, use of managed packages, appexchange apps, accelerators, and connectors.
• Proven desire to continue to grow their knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Extensive experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL).
