Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven work experience as full-stack developer.
• Strong knowledge and experience is required with the following technologies –
• Relational Database design and RDBS systems such as PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with SQL language, writing queries, view, stored procedures
• Strong Experience in Data Engineering and data extraction and integration projects. Knowledge of Microsoft SSIS.
• Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools
• RPA development using Power Automate and UiPath
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture & Micro Service principles with integrating 3rd party API & libraries and working with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Web services/REST APIs & framework
• PHP/Laravel Framework and MVC Framework; HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (VueJS, NodeJS, jQuery).
• GitLab, Jira will be an advantage.
• At least one of the cloud platforms - Amazon Web Services preferred.
• Strong communication skills. Fluent English language

Responsibilities

• Manage regular reports from vessels assigned to him/her and file them in a structured approach.
• Review and follow up on routine reports from the vessel.
• Carry out regular data analysis of costs, PMS and other KPI factors in order to ascertain health of the ship as far ship management is concerned.
• Maintain structure and quality of data fed into Ship manager system by crew onboard the vessels (GL system).
• Formulate a dynamic work plan and action list with the vessel's command, to ensure that the vessel is maintained in accordance with the Owner's policy and to receive regular reports as to its progress.
• Visit the vessels as and when required and reporting on general condition, repairs and maintenance, crew performance, safety, environmental protection, and any actions required. Discuss with Ship's Command the work plan, running costs, spares and stores and other issues of concern and reporting on same.
• Prepare technical specs for dockings & pre-purchase inspections in Asia region.
• Assist in carrying out technical analysis for new purchases.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in similar capacity on Offshore Vessels
• Prior experience as Chief or Second Engineer with minimum sailing experience preferably on Offshore vessels. Otherwise, sailing experience on cargo ships (Offshore Vessels) is required.
• Prior experience in dry docking and technical management will be an advantage
• Candidate should have good knowledge of PMS and SMS system

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for editing and preparing technical documents for publication.
• Documents are mainly microcontroller application notes, hardware/software manuals, and other technical documents.
• Must be able to produce clear and easy-to-understand documents in Renesas format in Microsoft Word and convert to PDF.
• Must be able to work with engineers to develop or clarify content.

Required skills:

• Technical communication in English
• Moderate-advanced use of Microsoft Word
• Some knowledge of microcontroller, software, and IoT terms and technology
• Familiarity with SharePoint and JIRA
• Basic knowledge of Visio, DITA writing and DITA-OT processing
• Basic understanding of Japanese language (Good to have)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Technical Communication is preferred.
  English degree with more than three years’ experience in technical writing field is acceptable.
• At least three (3) years of technical writing or technical editing. Experience creating small and large documents with MS Word, Markdown, XML, HTML, and PDF.
• Ability to manage and maintain a document conversion system based on source code and Markdown. Systems include git for source version control, Markdown, HTML and PDF. Must be able to maintain and improve conversion scripts in Python and other scripting languages.

• Good technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and DOE.
• Able to handle a team of a team of operators, technicians
