Job Description

• Perform as the Company nominated QC representative daily quality inspections on the various disciplines for the Company’s sub-contracted site activities: boiler welding, mechanical erection of process equipment, piping, painting, structural steel erection.
• Perform receipt inspections of goods and equipment at delivery to check completeness and to report about eventual transport damages. Monitor the storage and preservation conditions on site.
• Monitor the implementation of the approved site Inspection and Test Plans
• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
• Monitor and perform spot-wise inspections on all non-destructive testing on site.
• Monitor subcontractor’s work tools calibration.
• Monitor level of training and qualification of all subcontractor personnel.
• Register, follow-up and monitor handling of non-conformities.
• Monitor and review that all sub-contractor QC documentation is available, compliant and complete according to the specification and ITP and in accordance to the actual progress on site.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical preference) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in QC inspection on welding, NDT and mechanical erection activities.
• A sound working knowledge of EN standards and PED for (boiler) welding, piping, coating, NDT and pressure testing. Demonstrated working experience with steam boiler erection and pressure equipment.
• Good understanding of mechanical erection activities, their possible problems and to act pro-actively to prevent them from happening.

We are looking for a Product Technical Support specialist to join our Smart Technologies team to support the needs of our Smart Technologies Division through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.

• Tradehub 21 (Boon Lay Way; between Clementi & Jurong East MRT stations)

Job Descriptions

• Testing and Commissioning of mass scaled loT systems (not limited to LoRaWAN, BLE, SigFox, ZigBee, NBloT, etc)
• Perform hands-on site work to support M&E works
• Testing of loT sensory and electrical equipment on site
• Reporting test results in accordance with the company standards/SOPs
• Coordinate with other technical staffs, both locally and overseas
• Opportunities to work with clients from various industries
• Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical installation
• Entry level candidates from ITE are welcome
• On the job training· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in testing of electronic device is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

System Operator / Associate Engineer (Operation)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site daily maintenance check for simulator.
• Carry heavy equipment for training set up.
• Operate and support simulator training independently.
• Perform basic IT troubleshooting.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• NTEC / Diploma in Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering.
• IT savvy.
• Willing to perform overtime during weekday and weekend (Occasionally).
• Able to work in the west of Singapore.
• Good working attitude with ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Only Singaporeans need apply.

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule
