• Classroom/Academic Studies-Related Duties
• School General Office Counter duties, include attending to the needs of staff and students walking into office and attending to phone calls.
• Assist in typing/printing test/examination papers, work sheets, notes, etc.
• Assist teachers in preparing teaching materials.
• Assist HOD Science in preparing the equipment and resources for Science programmes.
• Assist SH Partnership in distribution of goodie bags, etc.
• Assist teachers in collection of forms and monitoring of attendance for programmes.
• Assist in examination activities, tours and excursions.
• Assist in in-house oral examination as time-keeper/coordinating flow of class movement to examination area.

Other Duties

• Assist in keying/updating data: pupils’ particulars, marks/grades, Physical Fitness Test Results, School-based survey etc.
• Assist Teachers and Office to call students or parents to follow up on issues.
• Do stock-inventory for items.
• Help in canteen/recess/bus bay duties: supervising pupils to ensure safety, providing basic first-aid to pupils who sustain injuries and contacting parents of pupils who are unwell during recesses.
• Assist in the decoration of school premise for festivities, celebrations and special function.
• Assist teachers in maintaining/updating school bulletin/notice boards.

Role Requirements:

• At least 5 GCE 'N' Level Passes including English Language and Mathematics or
• 3 GCE 'O' Level Passes or equivalent
• Good communication, inter-personal skills and patience with young children
• Preferably have administration experience working in schools

Working Arrangement:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.* inclusive of 1/2h lunch break
• Fridays: 7.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., inclusive of 1/2h lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Description:

General support in AHD

a. Assist to organise meetings, collate meeting materials, and prepare logistic items (arrange for refreshments, booking of venue for meetings or events, ensure stationery require are in place) required for various meetings, events, workshops or seminars for the members attending the meeting.

b. Assist AHD officers with trip preparations (e.g. finding of appropriate gifts for presentations to foreign delegations for overseas working trips or events, booking/search for hotel accommodations, air tickets, etc)

c. Printing and organizing of documents; including binding the documents when required

d. Data verifications: assist to verify information of the given data in the excel spreadsheet or other sources

e. Collation of data from various agency for updating purposes in Excel or other MS office programme files

f. Assist to source for quotes from suppliers for various purchase when require

g. Assist with preparing the list require for greeting cards that will send to various stakeholders

h. Other tasks assigned by division members or supervisors

Working Arrangement:

Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station

Working Hours:

Mon – Thu: 9.00am to 6.30pm

Fri: 9.00 to 6.00pm

You will be part of the project implementation and maintenance support team. Your responsibilities include technical POC, low level design/workshop, project delivery, implementation, troubleshooting, testing, customer walk through, maintenance support and documentation. You are expected to work with our client’s IT department personnel to ensure projects are delivered on time on target, much to the satisfaction of both customers & company. Managing customer’s expectation is part of your job scope, which required of you to work closely with external & internal project team members. You are expected to be a fast leaner, to acquire technical implementation skill as and when needed due to business requirements. You need to have a strong analytical and problem-solving skill, so as to excel in supporting our customers. Your other responsibility will include technical pre-sales support to the sales team. You are expected to participate and contribute with a feasible SOW to ensure a timely and successful project implementation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering

· Minimum 5 years experiences implementation and administration with one or more of the following technologies:

o Citrix infrastructure

o Windows Server and its networking environment

o Microsoft Active Directory

o VMware infrastructure

o Server infrastructure

o Storage infrastructure

o VSAN/HCI

REQUIRED SKILL-SET

· System architecture including DR design experience is an advantage

· Strong knowledge in Data Centre operations, including managing Enterprise Data Centre.

· Experience on vSAN and HCI

· Able to work effectively in a team setting

· Decisive with the ability to multi-task

· Relevant technical certifications, such as Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft are preferred

· Overseas travelling may be needed and regional experience with neighbouring countries is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

· Work under the direction of the appropriate Qualified Person when carry out their supervision and fully responsible to the appropriate QP.

· To liaise and conduct inspection with the Main Contractors Engineer/Supervisor.

· To assist QP on all structural works carried out according to approved drawings

· To monitor the progress and assist QP on structural inspection on all Structural works according to the approved drawings issued.

· To check and monitor the Structural and Architectural works according to the contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings and method of statements

· To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.

· To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s) in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision and to take responsibility of their work and performance.

· To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting record of works, materials, equipment at site, attending meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions, assisting in the co-ordination of Contractor’s works with consultants and any external parties.

Requirements:

· RE registration with IES is mandatory

· Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

· Have at least 4 years of experience in site supervision of works

· Min 2 years of experience in infrastructure supervision.

· Be conversant in local legislation, regulations and codes

· Possess good co-ordination skills, self-motivated, proactive and team player
