The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· To lead a team of Technician to perform preventive / predictive maintenance of AVL Equipment and Adventure Facilities to minimize equipment and facilities downtime.

· To perform troubleshooting, repair/rectification and replacement works for AVL Equipment and Adventure Facilities

· To liaise and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for defects rectification works

· To lead a team to perform Set up of AVL equipment such as microphones, speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, sound and mixing.

· Responsible to maintain and audit stock inventory of AVL and Adventure spares parts.

· Any other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).

· At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Adventure/ Audio Visual Lighting

· Certification of Sport Climbing, Abseiling and Challenge Rope Course, Rope Access are preferred

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

As part of this role, you will

• Provide technical consulting and product guidance to banks and partners integrating Wise, primarily post-sale

• Support business development by aiding larger partners requiring novel features

• Assist partners in the implementation phase, defining technical solutions and documenting requirements

• Participate in feature definition, prioritisation, and long-term strategy planning with the Wise Platform team

• Ensure partners deliver the best integration within their constraints for an excellent customer experience

Field Service Engineer is expected to be a role model and poise to mentor and develop junior service engineers on the day-to-day activities, coaching sessions and able to report and assign task to juniors and self and provide reports back to global service leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong service support rapport with regional key account customers in APAC.
• Site Preparation; instrument Installations; training; troubleshooting, preventative maintenance as core task
