Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of IT experience in supporting Reconciliation applications in financial industry or equivalent organizations domain.
• Understanding of Nostro/Depot and Non-core reconciliation processes within a bank.
• Good hands-on technical understanding of reconciliation products like IntelliMatch, TLM or Gresham CTC.
• Ability to navigate through complex production issues and coming up with workaround/out of the box solution wherever needed.
• Ability to participate and contribute during major incidents and handle communication to users.
• Contribution towards application stability and overall improvement of batch processes in coordination with development and business teams.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Multi-tasking, fast learner with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to explore automation opportunities.
• Understanding of Swift messages and ability to identify the issues if any with respect to message quality.
• Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills knowledge (checking logs, processes, perform system health checks, etc).
• DB knowledge [in technologies like Oracle, Sybase IQ, MS SQL] (hands on experience)
• Web/Tools related experience: XML, Control-M, Informatica or Splunk.
• Adherence to bank processes and ensuring same standards followed by team

Nice to have:

• Prior Gresham CTC IT Support experience
• Experience with monitoring tools like Osmosys, Grafana and ServiceNOW.

• Work closely with design engineers and architects to define, document and implement detailed test plans for the SoC design verification.
• Create and maintain infrastructure/environment for automation verification of SoC architecture, function and performance.
• Build reusable testbench, constrained-random/directed test cases, and verification associated behavioural modules for both block levels and system levels.
• Use regression strategy, methodology and tool scripts and measure the function coverage.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in building verification infrastructure, test planning, coverage closure, testbench and test cases development for function/performance verification.
• Strong knowledge of UVM/OVM, Semiformal Verification, assertion-based verification, hardware and software co-verification methodology.
• Proficient with Verilog, System Verilog, Python/Perl/TCL/Shell scripting, C/C++, System C and industry mainstream ISAs assembly coding.
• Familiar with MIPI, AMBA (APB/AHB/AXI) bus protocol, RISC-V/ARM or DSP core.

• Feasibility analysis and judgment of potential industries and items for NIR application
• Provide necessary pre-sales technical support for sales team.
