Responsibility

• Deliver and exceed VEC sales and margin expectations along with OTD (On Time Delivery) performance targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The AV Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to students, teachers and staff and answering general inquiries for all audio visual technologies. Specific responsibilities warrant proficiency in using current technology tools and digital platforms to create, communicate, collaborate and organize.

• Provide troubleshooting and support, guiding users with steps over the phone, through remote support tools or in person.

BASIC FUNCTION

As a Data Center Segment expert, the Sales Engineer is responsible for leading, developing sales strategies and plans as well as generate new business opportunities to the company. The position does this by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with potential and existing key accounts, end customers, consultants, and system integrators. The position maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions, competitive positions, and solutions/services that PS can provide to develop the pipeline of business coming into the company. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works closely with local, regional, and global teams to close new business deals with persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential key accounts/customers to do business with PS. Overview

The Network Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring seemless communication within our data infrastructure. This role involves designing, implementing and maintaining both local and wide-area networks, as well as wireless network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of our Global Network, including LAN, WAN, and Firewall activities.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the network infrastructure across different geographical location
• Manage firewall activities to protect the network from unauthorized access and malicious activities
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Develop process flows and documentation used in internal IT workflows.

Job Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities

· Perform visual and functional checks on Swagelok products on site as requested by clients.

· Provide site supervision on contractors for proper installation of Swagelok products.

· Execute service contracts that sales department has accepted.

· Handle trouble shooting on Swagelok products on site and identify any leaking or faulty installation of Swagelok components (Swagelok product training will be provided)
