Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create electrical system designs, including circuitry, wiring diagrams, and component selection, with an emphasis on LabVIEW-based applications. Develop and optimize LabVIEW code for data acquisition, control systems, and test automation.
• LabVIEW Programming: Utilize your strong proficiency in LabVIEW to program and debug real-time and embedded systems. Develop custom LabVIEW interfaces and user interfaces for various engineering applications.
• Testing and Validation: Plan, execute, and document testing activities to validate the functionality and performance of electrical systems. Use LabVIEW to automate testing processes, collect data, and perform analysis.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Investigate and resolve electrical system issues, including hardware and software problems. Provide technical support to diagnose and troubleshoot LabVIEW software and hardware-related issues.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of electrical systems. Participate in design reviews and provide input on system architecture and implementation.
• Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and test procedures. Maintain accurate records of design changes, test results, and project progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in electrical system design, development, and testing.
• Strong proficiency in LabVIEW programming, including experience with real-time and embedded systems.
• Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and signal processing.
• Familiarity with hardware interfaces, such as DAQ (Data Acquisition) devices and sensors.
• Experience with testing and measurement equipment, such as calibrators, multimeters, vibrotesters, flowmeters etc.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical systems is desirable

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement LiDAR data collection protocols.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Remote Sensing, Physics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

- Proven experience with LiDAR systems and data processing software (e.g., PCL, ROS, or equivalent).

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++.

- Familiarity with machine learning techniques, deep learning and their application to LiDAR data is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

• Reports to Planning Manager
• Deliver and maintain consistent, realistic plans and control structures for the project.
• Understand the list of plans required to execute the assigned project sub-elements and their interface to other sub-elements.
• Develop the activities, logic, resources and progress for the assigned project sub-elements, leading to the creation of the baseline schedule and its subsequent maintenance
• Conduct the schedule monthly progress update, forecast, critical path and trend analyses for assigned elements, including any impact from interface areas
• Implement and maintain the status reports. Provide regular and comprehensive schedule status reports to Project sub-element managers
• Prepare look ahead schedules and reporting early warnings to Project team
• Assess and incorporate the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and identification of alternate approaches to optimize the plan(s)
• Develop contract key dates, milestones and BGC plan dates that align with the overall project schedule
