Job Requirements

Jobs Scope:

You are responsible for the sales & program management of multi- million dollars automation equipment business and providing excellent customers fulfillment, meeting quality and cost goals.

• To provide Sales Projection and Forecast
• Identify business opportunities to expand customer base
• Identify and develop potential customer to increase market share and sales revenue.
• Conducts sales calls, prepares and performs product presentations and RFQ process.
• To formalize the quotation, submission to customer and follow up.
• Develop a sales strategy plan for business expansion and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects
• To provide leadership and organization skills in coordinating activities of various teams.
• Maintain the effective communications and coordination with customers and within the company

Senior Sales Engineer

Working Days & Hours: 5 days | Mon-Fri: 8.15am to 5pm
Working Location: 20 Pioneer Crescent (Pick Up/ Drop Off at Boon Lay MRT)
Salary Range: $4200-$5200 + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive inquires & purchase orders on company’s products (Extruders / Gas Compressors)
• Responsible for aftersales activities on company’s products in S.E.A. market
• Periodical visit , technical discussions and consultation for the machines supplied from Japan to customers
• Travel to Japan of our Tokyo head office or Takasago factory with the customers for meetings
• Discuss usual maintenance and periodical overhauling work with customers
• Submit visit report and communicate with Tokyo head office or Takasago Factory
• Provide support work for head office and customers (communication, delivery etc.) of repair/modification in Japan
• Make arrangement of hotel reservation, transportation for head office’s supervisors who visit customers and accompanying with them
• Troubleshooting support at the customers’ plant including visit to the customers, transferring the information what is happening in the field to Takasago factory etc.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and maintain end-to-end application architecture, interfaces, and configurations.
• Actively participate in the SDLC process, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation, utilizing Agile, Scrum, and Test-Driven Development methodologies.

Requirements:

• Masters’ degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• At least 15 years of total work experiences in software technical development, deployment and delivery management.
• 10+ years of experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and scripting deployment activities, with strong understanding of DevOps tools, technologies, and practices.
• Proficiency in Visio, AnypointStudio, Eclipse, Finacle, GIT, BitBucket, GitLab, Oracle, Jenkins, AzureDevOps, ArgoCD, GitLab, Jfrog Artifactory, Nexus, Unix, Shell Script, Ansible Playbooks, Autosys, control-m, Splunk, AppDynamics, Elasticsearch, Kibana, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.

About the role:

The Role

The candidate will play an important role as Technical SME in the development team to support the digitization projects using BPM / Workflow system. The candidate is expected to be involved in all technical aspects of project delivery and/or maintenance from assessing requirements, assessing technical solutions, developing solutions, testing to system implementation. The candidate is also expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, develop, customize, implement, and maintain the assigned systems.
• Work closely with Team Leader to gather requirements from the customer, perform technical impact analysis and estimate effort for development.
• Prepare and/or update and review technical documents.
• Manage offshore development teams to ensure technical standards and quality are met.
• Perform code review to detect any potential coding problems.
• Perform unit test and system integration test, support user acceptance test.
• Prepare release procedure and support production implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues and problems to provide workarounds.
• Perform root cause analysis and come up with preventive measures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology with min. 5 years' experience in software development using Java technologies (J2EE, Spring Framework) and front-end technologies (JavaScript/Angular/AngularJS), preferably in a bank or financial institution.
• Experience in working with offshore team is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in deploying, and maintaining, cloud-native Java applications on Microsoft Azure is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Newgen BPM system preferred.
• Good knowledge in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile).
• Good presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
