Summary:

Customer Support Representative for Mobile/ Fixed line provides day-to-day operational support via inbound calls and web support via live chats, emails and portal activities. This role is for someone who excels at problem solving and multi-tasking while providing “white glove” customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational customer service via inbound calls and web support via live chats, email and portal activities.
• Process service orders, answer questions, troubleshoot basic mobile phone issues, maintain account information.

The IT Operator is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Solution Design: Work with clients to understand their needs and design custom CCTV, IoT, smart tech, and surveillance solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
• Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct live or virtual product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concept (PoC) for clients to showcase the value of solutions.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to create compelling proposals, including technical documentation, cost estimations, and system designs.
• Client Consultation: Act as a technical consultant during the pre-sales phase by answering client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product recommendations tailored to their business objectives.

• Industry & Product Expertise: Stay current with emerging trends, products, and technologies in CCTV, IoT, smart tech, and surveillance to ensure the most innovative solutions are provided to clients.
• Customer Support During Trials: Provide technical support to customers during trial phases, ensuring smooth implementation and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical role, preferably within CCTV, IoT, smart technology, or surveillance systems.
• Strong understanding of security systems architecture, including CCTV, IP cameras, VMS (Video Management Systems), and IoT solutions.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing integrated security and smart tech solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols, especially as they relate to IP-based systems and IoT devices.
• Experience with site surveys, system designs, and cost estimations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Our services include emergency card replacement, emergency cash disbursement, reporting of lost or stolen cards, and general inquiries about benefits associ­ated with different types of Visa cards. GCAS also supports Finan­cial Institutions that access Visa Online (VOL) by granting access to content and applications, re­setting passwords, and providing general information.

What a Client Care Support does at Visa:

The Customer Service Support will be part of our World-Class Customer Support team where you will be responsible for supporting card holder’s needs on a variety of Visa products via inbound phone calls. You will complete work according to well-defined policies and procedures while delivering a positive customer interaction. A Client Care Support is responsible for Voice Channel only.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Respond to incoming customer requests quickly, proficiently and professionally while meeting specific quality expectations.

• Collaborate with peers to help cardholders, provide thought-leadership and inspire both customers and peers in a diverse business environment.

• Compliance to Key Control and other policies, including maintaining confidentiality in our secure environment.

• Evaluate the nature of each call and determine the appropriate action to complete the request.

• Answer general customer service questions from cardholders, explain multiple program features, and where appropriate, transfer the customer to the issuing bank to obtain specific account information or transfer the customer to an appropriate Third-Party Service Provider.

• Provide status update on Emergency Card and Cash requests when customer calls to follow up.

• Ensure smooth delivery set up of Emergency card and disbursement of Emergency cash upon receipt of approval from the banks.

• One Stop Fulfillment of Emergency service with customer and their banks.

• Use several computer programs to respond to customer inquiries.

• Document cases to show action taken.
