Our programs include:
Arts@Metta: Offers visual arts training to increase job opportunities for Metta School graduates with mild intellectual disabilities and/or autism, empowering them with life skills for independence and social integration.
Metta Café: Established in 2014 to provide vocational F&B training for Metta School graduates, helping them build work skills in a commercial environment, promoting independence and economic integration.
ECO@Metta: Combines environmental sustainability and supported employment, where youths with special needs create eco-friendly products, like our multi-purpose orange enzyme cleaner, by transforming food waste into useful items.

Job Title: ECO Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations at ECO@Metta.
• Mentor and coach youth alumni to build vocational skills, promoting confidence and social integration.
• Collaborate on new product development, liaising with suppliers and managing product and retail activities.
• Manage digital marketing, including social media and e-commerce.
• Facilitate CSR events and identify business opportunities through community engagement.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained and handle administrative duties.
• Support fundraising events and any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience working with youth with special needs (preferably in intellectual disabilities or ASD) or in behavioral therapy.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Background in product development, retail, or digital marketing is an advantage.

Job Description

1.Multimedia Production

• Produce multimedia content for school.
• Provide videography/photography/animation support for coverage of school events and functions and provide editing.
• Work closely with ICT Support Team (i.e. ICT Associate, Desktop Engineers) on multimedia requirements and support required by staff.

2. Multimedia Administration (Support Teaching and Learning)

• Maintain and update school website.
• Provide multimedia support (e.g. photography, video production) to facilitate the delivery of lessons and events.
• Support administration tasks for teaching and learning (e.g. Burning of DVDs/CDs, printing of media resources etc.)
• Provide technical advice in terms of multimedia hardware and software that the school can purchase to support the teaching and learning in curricular and co-curricular areas.

3. Other Support/Duties

• Assist ICT Associate in managing requests from staff.
• Archive, manage and organize the school’s media collection.
• Other duties pertaining to the area of multimedia production and administrative work when assigned.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

· Minimum requirement of a relevant ITE/Higher NITEC, or equivalent certification on Multimedia knowledge

Experience:

· At least 2 years of experience working as a Multimedia Specialist, preferably in a school context.

· Preferably have experience managing photo-taking or video-taking projects.

Technical Expertise:

· Experience in providing Multimedia Support (e.g. Photography and photo editing, Videography).

1. System Management:

• Assist in maintaining the Resource Booking Service (RBS).

2. Logistics & Inventory Management:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue quotations for regional customers for all services managed by Regional office.

• Manage system configurations, including user roles, security roles, permissions, and business units.

• Assist with the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 entities, forms, and views to meet business needs.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps for automation and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript for form customizations and client-side scripting.
