We are seeking a App Support Engineer to join our dedicated team and provide the exceptional customer service that is the foundation of our company. You will be supporting business users during troubleshooting activities as well as interacting directly with different web and mobile platform, and software to provide updates and patches.

• Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shift (8am-8pm / 8pm-8am)
• Working Location: Central, Singapore
• Salary Package: Up to $4000 (basic) + AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to users including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation
• Communicate clearly and effectively with users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with users, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required of management or tier 2 technical staff.
• Increase personal technical knowledge by reading trade publications, operating manuals, and diagnostics information, and attending conferences or internal task force discussions when possible.
• Develop training manuals and troubleshooting procedures to help both support personnel and users interact properly with the system.
• Collaborate with tier 2 technical staff and project manager to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades.
• Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.

Requirements

• Qualification in Computer Science or equivalent
• This role requires working on a 24/7 shift roaster, candidate must be flexible to work on shift when required (including PH & weekend).
• Experience with some programming languages(HTML, JAVA) will be an added advantage

Team Admin (30%)

• Process team members’ expenses and claims promptly.
• Provide administrative support, including trip planning, flight, and hotel bookings.
• Schedule calls and meetings with overseas clients and send materials promptly.

Events Support (30%)

• Provide administrative support for events, including logistics management.

The Technical Manager is responsible for all technical operational activities, managing the technical department as well as providing engineering & planning services for tender and support services to projects.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Overall responsible for all permanent and temporary works design and design optimization by managing the appointed consultant to ensure that project is delivered within budget
• Responsible for handling client and consultant, coordinate with consultants, client and authorities for design matters and submission.
• Oversee the shop drawings submission and issuance, planning and control delivery of design schedule, monitoring the progress
• Coordinate and support the construction and other departments within the project to fulfil design requirement
• Resolve all technical queries and submit/raise Request for Approval / Information (RFA/I) to concern parties to clarify any ambiguous design details
• Review technical specifications and proposals submitted by Consultants / Subcontractors / Suppliers and produce procurement specifications

• Identifying the challenges upfront and communicate it on time.
• Supporting the UAT test manager in all the JIRA set up, test plans and tracking and following up things on behalf of UAT manager.
• Able to back up UAT test manager, able to work closely and support in all activities of the UAT test manager.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, defect reports, and test summaries.
• Able to track project for the BAU solution, day to day activities of the project, follow up on the open items and bring them to closure accordingly.
• Preparation of the Test Plans for L1, L2 and L3 including test approach.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project goals and timelines including run plans for different run cycles.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective test execution and career development.
• Oversee the execution of test cases, including manual and automated testing, to identify and report defects and ensure thorough coverage of requirements.
• Ensure that all software products meet established quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide status updates, and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering
• Hands on experience in setting the project in JIRA, expertise in JIRA, tracking status, preparing different types of reports as per the stakeholders’ requirements.
• Knowledge and experience working on various testing frameworks
• Knowledge of AGILE delivery practices
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze quantitatively, understand requirements and effectively translate to testing deliverables.
