• EPCI Contractor engineering focal point to manage safety engineering deliverables and safety risk studies – Focal point between third party safety studies consultant, Owner/Operator, as well as topside engineering contractor and Hull & Marine engineering contractor (if any).
• Ensure that the assigned scope of work is delivered technically feasible and within the project schedule
• Responsible for preparing the TBE on third party consultants based on the safety study proposal.
• Responsible for reviewing reports from third party consultant.
• Ensure that inter discipline coordination for input collection to feed into the respective safety studies
• Responsible for managing the interface issue and coordination with topside and Hull & Marine engineering contractor (if any) concerning technical safety engineering matter.
• Identify, review and feedback/follow up on the recommendations from safety studies with the relevant responsible party to take into consideration in design.

• Additional responsibility as per project requirement assigned by project manager (project specific)
• Participate in Inter Discipline Comments (IDC) of engineering documents from other engineering disciplines

Job Requirements

• Get, examine, and update incident and near-miss reports in the reporting system.
• Gather and immediately send monthly HSEQ meeting responses to boats.
• Create and upload the minutes of the shore team meetings to the ship management SharePoint site.
• Keep track of HSEQ-related tracking sheets, including incident follow-up, audit dates, and LTI free dates.
• To guarantee adequate overlap with the contract administrator, have a solid understanding of contracts and contractual administration.
• Assist in the compilation of management reviews every three months.

Requirements:

• It is preferred to have appropriate administrative experience in the marine industry or a diploma in business or maritime studies.

Responding to Service Requests, Incidents, and Trends

• Ensure that events and service requests are handled successfully and within the SLA (Service Level Agreement) by taking responsibility for them.
• Actively detect recurring problems or service hazards and assist in preventing them to enhance our internal procedures, operations, and customer service.
• Contribute expertise to the team and our self-service portals to aid in incident resolution.

IT Asset Management

• For smooth operations, make sure the projectors and other collaboration tools in the conference room are operating properly.
• Make that all devices are patched and running the most recent versions of the operating system; fix those that don't comply.
• To guarantee a smooth onboarding process, give new or transferred users phones, computers, and other required devices.
• Review IT asset stock levels on a regular basis to make sure the storeroom has enough supplies and to manage asset replacement.
• Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal, making sure that proper tracking and reporting are done.

Managing Vendors & Finances

• To get the best value for your money, get quotes, oversee the purchase, and invoice for IT equipment and licensing.
• Work together with suppliers to guarantee equipment delivery on schedule, and coordinate with the finance department to guarantee timely payment.

Qualifications:

Customer Experience

• Single point of contact (SPOC) on operations matters and to build service relationships with clients.
• Oversee day-to-day of handling and managing fault management for critical/escalated incidents (24x7 on escalation call).

Job Description 职责 :

· Troubleshoot network and system services related issue by following the standard operating procedures.

· Create documentation and record steps taken towards the resolution of an incident and add this to the knowledge database for future referral.

· Escalate any incidents that cannot be resolved within specified times frames to the Tier 1 or relevant team.

· 按照标准操作程序解决网络和系统服务相关问题

· 创建文档并记录为解决事件所采取的步骤，并将其添加到知识数据库中以供将来参考。

· 将无法在指定时间范围内解决的任何事件上报给Tier 2 或相关团队。

Requirements 要求

· Knowledge & experience in Domain Name System, Linux, Web Servers (Apache & Nginx), etc

· Skills in networking / Internet protocols.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Risk Management:

Regularly inspect daily business operations to identify and handle risks and exceptional situations promptly.

2.Product Optimization:

Continuously collect customer requirements to identify bugs in platforms and systems.

Promote ongoing product optimization based on customer feedback and industry best practices.

3.Customer Onboarding and Retention:

Support the onboarding of test customers and monitor major client business situations.

Identify and resolve issues that could potentially lead to customer attrition.

Provide incremental technical support for customers to enhance their overall experience.

When customers are under DDoS/CC/WAF attacks, it is necessary to analyze system alerts, actively assist customers in formulating strategies, and avoid the attacks affecting customer websites.

4.External Collaborative Products:

Provide technical support for external collaborative products such as AWS/GCP.

5.24/7 Technical Support:

Provide round-the-clock technical support for all product lines to global customers

6.Additional duties assigned by the leader

Job Requirements:

1.Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.

2.Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in the Linux operating system.

Comprehensive understanding of protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and DNS.

Experience in troubleshooting network issues is preferred.

3.Programming Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in one or two programming languages, including but not limited to PHP, Python, and Shell.

Robust foundation in coding principles.

4.Language Skills:

Fluent in both Mandarin and English communication.

5.Personal Attributes:

Strong sense of responsibility and outgoing personality.

Strong learning ability and a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical support in Ceramic Substrate, Bonding Wire & Solder paste product (for SMT & SiP module) for APAC customers focusing on customers in Vietnam.
• This includes technical training and managing technical issues for customer projects.
• Acts as a Project Leader for customer-specific projects & solutions
• Support product marketing and R&D in specifying, characterizing and launching of new product
• Support complaint resolution process at customer site by communication of 8D reports
• Provide technical support for customers in a pre-sales through post-sales phase
• Collaborate with Sales account managers in new business development
• Support customers in Ceramic Substrate Quality issues management (for power module), Wire Bonding & SMT Process optimization for SiP and Semiconductor products
• Data collection, analysis and propose solutions and improvements for enhancing robustness of Heraeus Ceramic Substrate, Wire Bond and SMT processes
• Provide technical consultation and guidance to customers on the application of Heraeus Ceramic Substrate, bonding wires and solder pastes for customers’ product
• Provide on-site customer support for problem solving and analysis
• Frequency of travelling : 70%

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Material/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience, Master’s degree will have an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in power module assembly, wire bonding process and/or Solder paste/SMT process. Experience in power module or SiP package is preferred
• Strong skill sets in Technical Problem Solving, Design of Experiments (DOE) and knowledge on use of software like Minitab or JMP
• Good communication and presentation skill and able to converse in English
