Looking for ARIBA Support Specialist to assist with user testing, training, and post-go-live support for our ARIBA implementation. This role will be crucial in ensuring that users are effectively onboarded and supported as they transition to the ARIBA platform.

Key Responsibilities:

User Testing

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
• Identify, document, and communicate any issues or enhancements needed during testing phases.

Training:

• Develop training materials and user guides tailored to different user roles.
• Conduct training sessions (in-person or virtual) for end-users, ensuring comprehension and retention.
