Position Overview

• To be the focal point of contact for support of laboratory equipment IT issues.
• To assist laboratory users and Institution Business Analyst in rolling out IT projects relating to laboratory equipment that requires IT interfaces.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support Laboratory IT Operations for Point-of-Care-Testing (POCT) equipment.First and second level support
  Engaging the relevant support teams for second or third level support
• IT Project Support for Point-of-Care-Testing (POCT) equipment.Coordinate implementation schedules of IT projects with various stakeholders.
• Review and support IT connectivity requests for laboratory equipment.
• Assist Business Analysts in the review of IT work plans.

Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.

2. Knowledge in Biomedical Equipment and experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.

Job Description

• Position Title: Desktop Support Engineer (L1 / L2)
• Working Location: West (Jurong / Tuas)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,300 + AWS + Bonus + Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issues status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application.
• Should have basic knowledge of Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware.
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.
• Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 1 year of IT experience or equivalent
• Candidates with CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) qualifcations or equivalent would be an added advantage
• Broad experience in IT with basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices and Telecoms
• Experience with Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions or Helpdesk ticketing systems is preferred

Shipping & Logistics Support Assistant

Working Days & Hours: 5days | Mon - Fri | 9am-6pm /10am – 7pm (Can discuss)

Working Location: Pasir Panjang

Job Scopes:

• Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Arrangement / Coordination & Monitoring of shipment.
• Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status accuracy.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Attend to Freight Forwarders / Transporters inquiries via telephone and email and respond timely and accurately to their queries.
• Handle job filing, answering phone calls, correspondence through email and arrange courier services.
• Knowledge of incoterms is preferred. (Training will be provided)
• Knowledge of basic shipping process.
• Efficient and smooth handling of shipments – Preparation of manual commercial invoice, crating list, packing list.
• Checking of BL, AWB, DO, Tax invoices and other documents.
• Able to do light packing /physical work related to shipment preparation
• Adhere to in house customer requirement.
• Ensure all the orders are executed on a timely manner.
• Assist Shipping Department on adhoc Jobs.
