Job Responsibilities:

## Support the lead teacher in ensuring the well-being of the children in the centre especially safety.

## Support the lead teacher in lesson preparation.

## Maintain good relationship with children

## Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

• Answering of enquiries for group purchases (Corporate, Schools, Travel Agent enquiry) and general mailbox
• Support in fulfillment of group booking (book slot for group, ticket issuance, invoice processing, liaison with client for any visit matters, liaison with caterers for food arrangements)
• On ground liaison with client and other stakeholders during group visit day (e.g. school teachers, caterers)
• Conduct site visits and product presentations to potential clients to showcase and promote the attraction
• Conduct briefing or guided tour of the attraction for guests when required
• Preparation of various reports for monthly reconciliation and billing
• Handling of other administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma
• At least 1 - 2 years working experience in admin, coordinator or sales support. Open to entry level candidates with relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem which includes identification, diagnosis, rectification and escalation.
• Support on desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components.
• Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications that are found in the Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs.
