Business Analysis

• Clarify business needs and translate them into effective technical plans and specifications
• Perform detailed requirements analysis for development projects
• Identify opportunities to enhance/streamline processes, operations, and systems

Technical Project Management

• Manage development projects from conception to implementation
• Ensure business needs are well-understood and robustly addressed by technology vendors

Risks, Issues & Process Management

• Identify, report, and manage risks/issues
• Perform business impact assessments on transitioning
• Ensure technical and process documentation is maintained and up-to-date
• Ensure adherence to all applicable policies and governance requirements (Data Privacy and Information Security, PDPA, IT Policies etc), including conducting periodic audits
• Propose measures to tighten/streamline policies/governance procedures as needed

Stakeholder and Change Management

• Create and implement business readiness plans, covering IT deployment, data migration, and business enablement to drive successful solution adoption
• Monitor progress and prepare regular company and management updates as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in IT, Project Management, Business or related fields
• Experienced in Digital Transformation Technical Projects and Vendor Management
• Act as an IT Technical Internal Voice and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Knowledge of application design, development and outstanding project management
• Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies and tools
• Understanding of application architecture and design principles
• Added advantage if you have relevant industry certification(s) such as PMP, PMI- CSM, ITIL, etc.
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to car manufacturers, distributors, to drive continuous improvement in product quality and service performance.
• Assist in the expansion and management of the network in designated territories, ensuring consistent and superior customer service.
• Conduct engaging and informative technical training sessions and audits, both onsite and virtually, to ensure distributors/dealers meet and exceed industry standards.
• Ensure all repair equipment and diagnostic tools are maintained and operational, facilitating smooth and effective service operations.
• Provide technical support to automotive sales and other departments as needed, contributing to the overall success of the business.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and reports to support ongoing service activities and improvements.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
• At lease 3 years of hands-on technical experience in the automotive industry, demonstrating expertise and dedication.
• Proven experience in delivering both theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring effective transfer of knowledge.
• Strong technical understanding of automotive systems, essential for excelling in this role.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, crucial for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administrate user accounts for network, e-mail, and other applications;
• Provide support to end users in local and regional offices around the world who are on Medpace IT equipment and software applications including computer hardware, peripherals, copiers, fax machines, mobile phones, scanners, building security systems, environment monitoring systems, computer operating systems, office applications;
• Identify, research and resolve technical problems of IT equipment and software applications;
• Respond to IT tickets, telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical support;

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

About the role:

• To check equipment and materials delivered for prefabricated module are in accordance with Singapore code and regulation.
• To witness and check the works use equipment and materials as specified in the contract documents and approved by the Architecture and Engineering Design Firm (AE) are in accordance with Singapore code and regulation.
• To witness and check the installation works are constructed in accordance with the contract specifications and shop drawings approved by the Architecture and Engineering Design Firm (AE) are in accordance with Singapore code and regulation.
• To witness and check the completed works are constructed in accordance with Singapore code and regulation.
• To witness the testing and commissioning (T&C).
• To check the results of the T&C are properly recorded on the spot and complied with Singapore code and regulation.

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• A registered M&E RTO with IES.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the supervision of mechanical and electrical works. Experience in Pharma construction projects is preferred.
• Able to travel to China occassionally to supervise fabrication works in th factory.
• Able to start work immediately.
