• Ensure training materials affected by the changes in airworthiness data published by the CAAS are updated.
• Instructors and Assessors are fully trained and assessed regularly for competence and that all records pertaining to these personnel are kept up to date.
• Knowledge Examiners, Instructors and Assessors undergo a minimum of 35 hours of updating/recurrent training every 24 months relevant to current technology, practical skills, human factors, and latest training techniques appropriate to the knowledge they are approved to train or examine as specified in SAR-147.105(i). The relevant training shall be recorded and kept in the respective staff training record file.
• Contracted staff including part-time staff conforms to the requirements of SAR-147, SAR-66 and training procedures.
• All approved courses and examinations are delivered to the standard and content, at the required level of knowledge as specified in SAR-66.
• There are sufficient storage facilities, tools, equipment, materials, and publications available to perform the planned practical tasks.
• Corrective and preventive actions are carried out to address compliance issues (e.g., quality audits and investigations) to SAR-147 and Part-66 requirements.
• Plan, organise and implement the schedules for all courses, examinations, and assessment.
• Monitoring and consolidation of performance indicators for training results.
• Review and action as necessary, feedback on all training matters and performance of students and instructors.
• The Accountable Manager may delegate the duties and tasks of the Technical Training
• Manager when necessary or in his absence. Delegated staff shall be aware of current regulations and procedures. Delegation shall not absolve the primary management appointment holder of accountability to CAAS senior management. TTC maintains a list of personnel for the delegation of related duties and tasks.

• Collaborate with the Vessel Manager to procure spare parts and consumables for assigned ships.
• Coordinate the delivery of spares and stores to ships.
• Review all invoices from suppliers and maintain accurate computer records.
• Manage files for all spare parts inventories received from ships.
• Maintain document control, including keeping a checklist of periodic reporting due from vessels.
• Organize annual surveys and services for assigned vessels.
• Ensure ship certificates are up-to-date in the database (JIBE).
• Report to the Vessel Manager.

Requirements:

• Hold a diploma or degree in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Possess strong written and verbal skills.
• Have proficiency in PC knowledge, and experience with purchasing or related software is preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Sharepoint.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of consumer or partner marketing experience in financial institution/ insurance industry
• Strong experience in engagement roles, with experience gained in leading financial institution/ insurance industry. Experience in managing High-Net-Worth Segment is an advantage.
• Experience in developing targeted customer communications, including development of creative briefs, conceptualising creative concepts and managing creative agency

Experience in designing high throughput fault tolerant data pipelines for Batch (ETL/ELT)

Experience in GL Data reconciliation between systems, datamarts & report and Knowledge of the ledger balance reporting is an added advantage and with good experience in application support specially in banking/financial services industry.
