As a Technical Account Manager, you will lead the adoption of Google Cloud at leading organizations, guiding them through the strategic and technical facets of their cloud transformation journey. You will manage the delivery of Professional Services engagements to drive customer adoption of Google Cloud services, such as Google Compute Engine, Google Cloud Machine Learning, Google Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Google Workspace, and Google Chrome.

In this role, you will engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including executives of large enterprises and a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.

You will travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time, as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advocate for customers as an operational partner to overcome issues, understand operational issues that block cloud adoption, and help drive resolutions within Google and our customers’ businesses.
• Advise customers on best practices, understand customers’ environments to help them achieve outcomes.
• Act on opportunities to reduce customers' cost, improve performance, and deliver engaged advantages for their businesses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving technical implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience in supporting enterprise customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving customer technical implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience in application/workload migration to public cloud providers.
• Understanding of one of the following: IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems or content delivery networks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and design of various project elements including basic design, statutory approvals, raw material/utility specifications, equipment specifications, construction work progress, commissioning, start up and product quality.
• Collaborates with contractor to track the project progress and collectively adjust the project plan to ensure effective completion based on defined project success measures.
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and team members.
• Report monthly progress status.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering – preferably Chemical engineering or Chemical.
• At least 15 years working experience in manufacturing or technical section - preferred in chemical industry.
• Speaking English and preferably Japanese.
• Knowledge and experience in project management and new plant installation.

• creating, enhancing, and managing the assigned Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) applications and components to ensure their optimal performance and functionality.
• Responsible to provide 24/7 level 2 & 3 support to ensure the eefiecient operation of production lines.
• Involve collecting specifications, creating, implementing, and rolling out new versions of CIM applications, with a particular emphasis on automation solutions for the Equipment Manager system.
• collaborating with other IT teams towards a shared objective of enhancing system response time and availability.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Java development, SEMI Equipment Communication Standard (SECS), Oracle SQL, and/or Tibco.
