Job Purpose:

The Admin Support Executive is responsible for coordinating, processing, and administering training grants and subsidies to support the development and upskilling of adult leaders. They ensure compliance with grant guidelines and provide administrative support in a timely manner.

1. Grant Management:

· Identify and understand various government grants and subsidies available for upskilling of adult learners (Skillsfuture).

General responsibilities

• Expert level knowledge of SunriseTM suite of solutions data schema

• Liaise with UX team to understand best practices, which will be used by the Technical Principal Consultant to provide input on strategic design and Human-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

The Resident Technical Officer represents clients on Housing Development Board (HDB) / Land Transport Authority (LTA) construction sites. He/She must be able to read and interpret architectural drawings and details of construction projects and ensures that construction projects follow contracts and regulations.
