Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business database, market potential and identify business opportunity.
• Assist in conducting market research and strategizing unique business position.
• Assist in developing standout and creative marketing campaign.
• Manage service marketing materials and knowledge distribution.
• Assist in conducting training on business strategies and marketing materials to sales colleagues.
• Assist in managing service pricing.
• Provide support to field sales in improving conversion rate.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any Technical or Business disciplines or related field.
• 2-3 years of new business development experience across a variety of industries with good record on success.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and command in English.
• Excellent analytical skill through rationale, logical and creative thinking.
• Proficiency in database application, presentation and report writing.
• High level of self-driven, success oriented and resourcefulness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint.
• Experience in working in process/product plant is a plus.
