While this role requires you to extend superb secretarial support, the main bulk of scope will be focused on managing projects alongside your senior consultant(s), requiring you to work in close partnership with the senior consultant(s) by keeping on top of project targets and timelines, to deliver high quality work for your senior-level clients. You will be required to prioritise, adapt and ensure smooth execution of processes and communication, while functioning as the key liaison point between all your stakeholders and inform the team of any critical updates to the project. In this role, you will need to liaise with external C-suite / top management stakeholders to schedule meetings and calls with the consultant(s), and to coordinate intensive travel arrangements and manage hectic calendars to deconflict their appointments. The preparation and formatting of project documents and meeting materials, along with expense report processing and client invoicing, will also fall under your care.

You should be tertiary educated and have at least 5 years of experience in a secretarial role, preferably in a consulting firm or within the professional services industry. Having superb communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, and being able to practise critical thinking to foresee potential challenges and resolve issues under minimal supervision, will greatly contribute to your success in this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

An established and long-standing manufacturing MNC is currently seeking for a Credit Control Executive to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the manager, the Credit Control Executive’s main responsibilities will include handling the full credit management cycle, and to handle full set of accounts, month-end closing, reporting and reconciliation.

Additionally, the Credit Control Executive will also be involved with forecasting cash collection, managing 3rd party credit limit, assist with credit adjustment, and manage trade tools like Bank Guarantee and Letter of Credit.
