• Responsible for the overall execution of events, including planning, coordination, and execution.

Job Duties

• Develop and oversee the implementation of effective corporate communication strategies to generate positive awareness and top of mind recall for NCID
• Manage media queries and media publicity for announcements, events, research studies and new programmes/initiatives
• Develop corporate and marketing collaterals and marketing campaigns, and contribute to the corporate website and social media content for public and healthcare professionals
• Manage internal communications (messages, speeches, presentations, etc.) and assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership, change communications, and crisis communications
• Perform incident and crisis communications in the management of issues, outbreaks and adverse publicity
• Work closely with MOH and Public Healthcare Institutions to ensure a coherent and consistent communications approach to managing public health
• Support the website development and other communications efforts for CDA PO
• Any other duties as assigned by Management and Supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism or the Arts & Social Sciences
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with the public healthcare sector, government sector or a medium to large-size organisation.
• Strong Communication Skills, Media Relations, Marketing Communications, Issues and Crisis Communications, Management Skills

The incumbent for this position will be the key administrator for the MSc Mechanical Engineering programme in the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. The incumbent will also assist with other functional tasks for the Graduate Studies Office, as required.

Job Description

• Administrate all processes from admissions to matriculation, coursework and graduation pertaining to the assigned MSc programme.

• Manage and attend to administrative processes pertaining to MSc dissertation submission and examination.

• Attend to procurement requests and work requests for the Graduate Studies Office.

• Contribute to and support events organized by the Graduate Studies Office such as Orientation and Welcome sessions, Workshops, Alumni networking event, Industry Seminar series, Graduation Dinner, Programme Retreat, and any Overseas Outreach trips.

• Attend to enquiries by prospective students, current students, and faculty.

• Facilitate preparation of data and statistics as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in student administration services

Events Executive [RSIS]

The S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), a Graduate School of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), is a leading professional school of international affairs and policy-oriented think tank. The School invites suitably qualified individuals for the position of:

EVENTS EXECUTIVE

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Events and assume the following responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for RSIS’ Events Unit;
• Assume the role of Event Lead for events;
• Assist the Event Supervisor to organise and manage events with responsibilities for all administrative and logistical tasks including, where necessary, liaison with speakers and guests, flight and accommodation arrangements, vendors liaison, budget management, conducting of rehearsals and virtual test calls;
• Monitor the progress of event planning and execution;
• Ensure the event administrative and operational requirements are met; and
• Ensure compliance with RSIS and NTU policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in virtual events software is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITQ/ITT process for procurement of goods and services is preferred.
