3. Prepare monthly accounts, including the preparation and post of recurring journal entries
4. Perform analytical review procedures of balance sheet and follow up with variance explanations and resolutions
5. Prepare GST return, corporate tax and deferred taxation and liaise with tax agent to ensure timely filing
6. Engage with external financial auditors on audit, tax and accounting issues to ensure smooth closure of year-end financial audit
7. Project accurate cash flow and coordinate inter-companies balances within the group for payments and receipts. To work out borrowing needs and placement of excess cash with holding company.
8. Provide quality finance support services to the business stakeholders of the Group
9. Ensure that processes and systems are running in an effective and effective manner.
10. Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as apparent or as assigned by the finance manager and Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant with at least a degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification

2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years of external audit experience with Big 4 preferred

3. Strong knowledge of advanced excel and Power Point

4. Experience in SAP and BPC would be highly advantageous

5. Committed, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment

7. Strong analytical skills and attention to details

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Public Relations strategies, riding on various media channels aligned with the overall marketing strategy
• Write and edit content such as press releases , bylined articles, briefing materials, and social media posts.
• Media management on public issues and issue preparedness to protect brand reputation
• Maximize brand exposure and build relationships with media and key opinion leaders
• Analyze and measure success of Public Relations initiatives and campaigns according to set KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Corporate Affairs, and liaise closely with the Global Public Relations team to ensure alignment of marketing and Public Relations initiatives with overall business strategy
• Assist in the planning and execution of integrated communications campaigns to achieve overall business objectives

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Agency experience would be advantageous.
• Keen knowledge and understanding of the traditional and new media landscape in Singapore
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing or related fields
