Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Site Lead, Group Facility Management, and Building Trade Lead in building clear accountability, expectations and deliverables for the Site Building Trade team.
• To assist the full-cycle of contract management with Civil & Building systems.
• Monitor Building Trade Site Team in facilities operations such as system breakdown investigations, inspections, audits, review of maintenance program, etc.
• Oversee and guide the specialist vendors and maintenance agents to meet their KPIs to ensure consistent performance.
• Maintaining contractual & authorities records as well as communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure awarded contracts are executed accordingly, and all KPIs and invoices are verified on a monthly basis before payment invoices are endorsed and approved for processing.
• To carry out monthly analysis to Civil & Building systems breakdown and recommend improvement plan as needed.
• To conduct systematic audit to assess vendor’s overall performance based on planned preventive maintenance schedule.
• Work with Legal, Finance and MMD to ensure adherence to broader finance and procurement risk requirements such as contract deviations, payment policy and process, pricing, KPI, liquidated damage interest, etc when Civil & Building system’s contract is to be renewed or procured for.

Requirements

• Degree Holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in management of Civil & Building services and facilities operation as well as improvement projects.
• Must have a relevant working experience in the FCM / Building Management for Hospital/Healthcare settings.
• Certificate in Fire Safety Manager/Officer or relevant fire safety experiences will be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal and analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staffs.

• Act as the Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Private Wealth system (FinIQ platform) and other assigned banking systems, including custom back-office systems and tools.
• Conduct analysis, design, development, customization, testing, implementation, and maintenance for the designated systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead to gather user requirements, perform technical impact assessments, and estimate development/customization efforts.
• Prepare and update functional and technical documentation, as well as test cases.
• Develop, modify, and customize applications/platforms according to requirements, and oversee or collaborate with other team members during the development process as needed.
• Conduct peer reviews of source code and documentation.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Prepare release procedures and assist with production implementations.
• Update user manuals, system operational manuals, and other necessary documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide workarounds, and collaborate with the product vendor to resolve problems as needed. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS, Azure development).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the FinIQ platform in the context of Private Wealth.
• Strong knowledge of the banking domain, with a focus on Private Wealth.
• Experience working in a complex matrix organization.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, particularly the waterfall model.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Ability to respond quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
