• Corporate Strategy Initiatives such as cost and productivity improvements, re-organisations
• M&A, JV, Partnerships & Strategic Investments: Organize and execute BA and LOB-level M&A and Strategic Investment initiatives for inorganic growth, e.g. determine requirements, pipeline growth and monitoring
• Conduct due diligence to assess the financial health, strategic fit, and potential risk of potential target.

Requirements
