You will be working as a Temp Manager in the Levy & Incentives Management Division (LIMD) for Business Services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer claims and grant disbursements
• Prepare and collate data on a regular basis for reporting
• Liaise with customers pertaining to queries and notifications
• Contact individuals to verify facts with the use of a structured workflow questionnaire and record results in a standardised format
• Perform other administrative tasks including quality control checks, report verification and access rights reviews

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel (e.g. vlookup and pivot table)
• Well organised, detail oriented, meticulous and systematic with commitment to deliver high quality work under tight timeline
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Able to multi-task and work independently

What does the management trainee do?

You are actively supporting Sika on our sustainability net Zero journey, driving decarbonation and contributing making our world a better place. Sustainability has many aspects and involves all disciplines and as a management trainee you are going to rotate to Research & Development, Marketing and Procurement to learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties. You contribute to strategic planning and help evaluate levers and enable their implementation.

You will gain exposure and experience in:

• Participating in meetings, workshops, trainings, and be embedded in our global sustainability community.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members and participate in coaching session.
• Support implementation of global sustainability initiatives on regional or local level in Asia Pacific.

• Create and give presentations to get the buy-in from local, regional, or corporate management to implement sustainability initiatives.
